Q stands for cross section!

The cables marked in the “Cross-section” group correspond to the standard in most respects, but achieve a larger cross-section by selecting a thicker conductor material. This means that greater power can be transmitted or a lower voltage drop with longer cable lengths. The conductor resistance is therefore lower.
